I'm doing well, and am still alive. I caught a nasty case of Jet Lag, but other than sleeping like a bear during winter, it wasn't so bad.

So far, so good...
I am sitting in the international airport terminal of SFO. A6, to be precise. I have successfully figured out how to maneuver a wi-fi daypass via TMobile and am happily downloading an update for my iTunes. After I accomplish this, I will be able to upload music to my new and smooth, shiny, velvety iPod. Damn technology! I should have kept my tape walkman...
Next stop, Firewood Bar for a drink... I hope I won't fill my bladder up on cheap champagne but I know this is probably a futile wish. At least I am victorious in claiming my aisle seat - I always fly on an aisle seat because a) cheap champagne runs through me faster than any diuretic and b) I have always heard that you have a better chance at survival in the event of a crash if you can reach the exits quickly. Now, I'm not too sure anyone has a snowball's chance in hell at really surviving a crash, but I'm still anally committed to securing myself an aisle seat, if only because my OCD has assured me of imagining all of the brutal ways in which one might die because he/she was caught in the middle seat. I have high hopes that an aisle seat will magically turn me into James Bond in the event of such a disaster- winged parachute and all.
